The ReFormd Group has announced the opening of Shelter, a 3,000 sqft recovery space at One Raffles Link at Citylink Mall, officially opening to public on 12 October 2025. Located between City Hall, Marina Square and Esplanade MRT, it is designed as a practical refuge in the city: where recovery becomes an everyday habit, not an occasional indulgence.
A Simple, Science-Backed Circuit
Shelter is built around three core elements:
Cold immersion: three pools chilled to as low as 3 °C
Salt pool: 15 m², for warm-water reset
Traditional dry sauna: cedar-lined, communal seating for up to 20 guests
A compression therapy lounge with Normatec systems completes the circuit, offering targeted recovery for tired legs and muscles.
Design as Therapy
The space is deliberately pared back. Glass bricks diffuse daylight into the pools, cove lighting softens the transition between rooms, and concrete is balanced with warm wood and greenery. Custom signage in stainless steel reflects light without glare.
Shelter also partners with Aesop to provide Geranium Leaf Body Cleanser, Resurrection Hand Wash, and hair care in the showers: amenities chosen to turn routine into ritual.
Heavyweight cotton towels designed by tattoo artist Maxine Ng (@maxinengps) carry a tulip motif that repeats across uniforms and merchandise.
Accessible Luxury
Membership starts from $65 per week. Wet attire is complimentary.
“We built Shelter for the everyday: heat, cold, and a moment of calm in between,” says Darryl Tan, Marketing Manager, ReFormd Group. “Thoughtful, effective, and priced so it becomes a practice, not a treat.
