New Balance has opened its first-ever Run Hub in Southeast Asia at Suria KLCC, Kuala Lumpur — a space designed to bring runners together through innovation, community, and movement.

New Balance has officially opened its first-ever Run Hub in Southeast Asia, located at Suria KLCC in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. More than just a retail space, the Run Hub represents a new era of running culture in the region, where a destination celebrates connection, movement, and the shared stories that define every stride.

Following the successful launch of Run Hubs in Japan and China, the Malaysia edition brings New Balance’s global ethos to Southeast Asia: a space built for runners, designed for community. Inside, the Hub offers services such as bag storage, 3D foot scanning, and daily shoe trials, creating an accessible and interactive environment for both seasoned athletes and casual joggers.

A Hub for Every Runner

Designed as a one-stop destination, the Run Hub allows runners to gear up, train, and connect. Visitors can loan New Balance performance footwear for runs around KLCC Park, receive personalised shoe recommendations, or gather with like-minded runners. Every detail, from the open layout to the thoughtful flow between preparation and connection, reinforces New Balance’s belief that running is as much about people as it is about performance.

Celebrating the Launch

From now until 16 November 2025, the Run Hub will host a series of activations to mark its launch, including:

  • “Your Pace, Your Avatar” – create a personalised digital running avatar
  • Community Runs – group sessions designed to connect runners
  • Run & Redeem challenges and limited-edition gifts with purchase, including a recovery massage ball set and an all-day gear bag

Beyond launch month, the Hub remains an active space, offering always-on experiences, including daily shoe trials, bag storage, and ongoing community programming.

Sneak Peek: Fresh Foam X 1080v15

Visitors to the Run Hub will also get a first look at the Fresh Foam X 1080v15, New Balance’s newest evolution of its iconic max-cushion running shoe. Built with a brand-new Infiniōn midsole foam, the shoe offers enhanced cushioning, energy return, and long-lasting comfort, a design that reflects the brand’s “runner-first” approach.

The 1080v15 will be previewed in-store from 3 November 2025, ahead of its official retail launch in January 2026.
